What little Momo could do like no one else was listen. […] And the person felt thoughts suddenly arising within them—thoughts they had never suspected were there.

Supervision
Supervision creates a space where professional experiences can be heard, reflected on and viewed anew. It can be especially valuable when you are seeking change, facing a tense situation or wanting to address a conflict.
As an arts-based systemic supervisor, I combine a systemic approach and conversation with creative ways of working. Images, movement, voice, sound and music can open up new ways of perceiving and expressing things. You do not need artistic experience or any particular skills. The aim is not to do something “right” or meet artistic standards.
Creative processes can help make something visible, audible or tangible that may be harder to express through conversation alone. This can bring new perspectives, connections and possibilities for action to light. It creates room to approach difficult subjects differently and sometimes discover unexpected ways forward. Even in challenging situations, there can be space for lightness.
I offer supervision for individuals, teams and groups in German and Italian.
I live and work in the Frankfurt and Rhine-Main region. By arrangement, supervision is also available elsewhere and online.
