A warm welcome to Papagena Supervision

I am Katja Gieselmann-Klose. On this website, I introduce my work in arts-based systemic supervision.

I accompany individuals, teams and groups as they discover new perspectives, explore room for manoeuvre and find their own way forward. I am especially interested in what can emerge when people meet, and how creative, sometimes unexpected impulses can open up new possibilities and bring what has gone unnoticed into view.
